After LHH lost Raytheon's Outplacement business that they had held for several years, I was given the account and asked to nurture it back to where we could compete for their business again. I Initiated and led a nationally coordinated and collaborative sales campaign, that ultimately led to closing the largest Executive Coaching agreement to date, globally with Raytheon. Also led and sold Executive Coaching to Siemens Nixdorf and BrassRing.

With the dot.com bust starting in 2001, I had the unfortunate task once again of downsizing the company, this time to 11 employees. Within 6 weeks, found, recruited and placed the candidate resulting in the biggest fee Pencom had received outside of our Wall Street clients to date.
