Was able to implement mango value chain for KVDA which involved targeting 10 million mango trees in the north rift counties and constructed and operationalised a pilot mango concentrate/juice processing plant with the capacity of processing 20 tonnes of mangos per hour. Was able to spearhead the construction of KVDA plaza southern wing through a commercial loan sourced from a financial Institution at the cost of K384 million within 14 months. This building generates revenue of Ksh150 million per annum. Was able to initiate and operationalised a pilot solar driven water harvesting and center pivot irrigation system on 150 acres at Napuu aquiver.Other projects include 2000 acres community irrigation project in West-Pokot and 300 acres in Elgeyo Marakwet.In May 2018, I successfully held a meeting in Washington DC with 3 vice presidents of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), led by MS Kyeh Kim and negotiated for Kenya to be considered for MCC combat operations. In December 2019 the MCC Board of directors approved Kenya's eligibility and in march 31, 2022 MCC board approved a 60 million dollar Kenya threshold program. Initiated and worked with UNESCO to map and create UNESCO Global Geopark sites in the Great Rift Valley, pending certification as the third Global Geopark site in Africa after Morocco and NgoroNgoro in Tanzania.
