I manage the technology teams at After, Inc., which includes product development, database development and management, core infrastructure and cloud computing, and client operations. Our technology solutions enable After's clients to market and sell extended service plans and OEM accessories and consumables, as well as to strengthen long-term customer relationship. After, Inc. uses a wide array of technologies in its solutions, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, Hadoop, Hbase, Java, Python, Node.js, D3js, Emberjs, Openstack, R, and SAS. Solutions built on these technologies power e-commerce sites, call centers, multi-channel marketing programs, and customer relationship management programs.

As CEO, I developed Fulcrum into a recognized provider of marketing analytics and technology. A key focus was on innovation in advanced analytics and in marketing technology, both of which propelled steady growth in new clients and in revenue.

During my time at KBM, I contributed to the rapid growth of this industry leader, from its early days as a small database marketing company to its eventual sale to Wunderman in 1999.One early success was the development of a technical consulting practice that translated the company's advanced analytics into marketing solutions for its clients. This practice helped evolve the company into a recognized leader in database marketing and CRM.I also built the company's data warehousing practice, by both winning the company's first major client and by designing our core solutions in this space. This line of business contributed strongly to the company's organic growth, as well as to its recognition in the industry.

In this role, I built analytical models for CMS' marketing clients. A particular area of focus was in neural networking, which we used to solve a wide array of marketing challenges, including customer attrition, cross-selling, and fraud detection.
