In this role, I provided consulting services across two distinct lanes. For Fortune 1000 clients, my focus was on driving their digital transformation strategies. This involved a deep dive into their existing digital landscapes, identifying gaps, and designing customized strategies that aligned with their specific business goals. The second lane involved consulting services for ISVs, OEMs, Distributors, and Solution Providers, where I supported their efforts in go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, visualizations, and other essential enablement materials.By working closely with executive teams and stakeholders, I ensured that our tailored recommendations were effectively implemented, leading to measurable outcomes. My primary objective was to help these organizations navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape, positioning them for long-term growth—whether that meant boosting sales of their own products or enhancing their ability to market and sell products from others.

As a Principal Architect for Public Sector clients, responsibilities included designing and leading some of the most critical and sensitive projects across various verticals, including Military, Civilian Agencies, and SLED. This role demanded deep technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the unique challenges faced by these sectors.Beyond solution design leadership, mentoring engineers within the Public Sector organization was a key focus, ensuring they received the guidance and support necessary for success. Additionally, R&D efforts were led in emerging technologies in EUC, Datacenter Infrastructure, and multi-level solutions for classified environments, keeping offerings at the forefront of innovation.

Responsible for architectural direction of datacenter solutions and design review and collaboration responsibility for all customer facing solutions. Managing a team of 10 experienced DataCenter Solutions Architcts based throughout the United States. Specializing in the creation of professional services statements of work and levels of effort for the Datacenter Practice and collaboration with post sales resources on the delivery methodology for all Pomeroy datacenter services. Charged with interviewing potential candidates for pre and post sales roles and determining suitability for open headcount.
