Every experience and interaction is an opportunity to learn.My 16 years of science teaching experience has led me to distill the art of teaching to 4 key principles:(1) Believe deeply in what you are doing(2) Equally prioritize high expectations and personal wellness(3) Introspect often(4) Everything hinges on building up others through maintaining strong, authentic relationshipsI’m currently playing with retrieval practice, mindfulness, narratives, and storytelling. It is a personal imperative to become increasingly trauma-informed and to align my practices with this journey. I lead because I want to bring out the best in people and use my hard-earned skillset to build exceptional teams and systems.
