My career started at an early age, washing dishes, cleaning floor, working on a loading dock, and delivering furniture, which had taught me the value of an honest day’s work. Eventually I transitioned to Information Technology, working a full-time job while paying my way through college. Over the years, I learned as much as I could to be a complete engineer, and when my engineering time was over, I transitioned into management roles. This helped me build my reputation as a strategic planner, always being ready for anything and building teams through trust. This is what I do as an IT Director, I build teams, plan for the future we expect, and prepare for what is not expected.
