During my career I have been fortunate to have had a variety of experiences at terrific companies. I started my career at Sanwa Bank Japan as part of the International and Project Finance groups. My work focused on overseas projects in the telecom, energy and industrial sectors and calculating the specific country and economic risks facing each project. The work and atmosphere were demanding, but extremely rewarding. After graduating law school I joined the Intellectual Property law firm of Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein as an associate attorney. For more than 10 years I worked on all aspects of Intellectual Property law including trademark litigation, licensing, prosecution and securitization, as well as copyright and patent litigation and Internet law. The experience was formative, both professionally and personally. I created life long relationships with colleagues who are among the best attorneys in the country, and fostered a passion and enthusiasm for helping people work with and protect their brands and creative concepts. A few years ago I put aside my lawyer hat and channeled my enthusiasm into building DomainSkate, a company that reflects what I have learned in law and business. Our mission at DomainSkate is simple: help people build better and safer brands. Our proprietary software finds the phishers, scammers, squatters, and bad actors that can ruin a brand and damage the company and its customers. Outside the office, I try to keep up with 3 very active kids and my wife. I also try to contribute as a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Stem Cell Foundation, and as the Advisory Board Chairman of the Brooklyn Law School Trade Secrets Institute.I am here to help.
