Managed 2 full time mechanics repairing a fleet of refrigerated trailers, road tractors, light & medium duty trucks. Generated and prioritized work orders, purchase orders, maintained parts inventory & supply chain for a wide variety of miscellaneous equipment. Oversaw outside contractors work relative to major repairs.

I designed, marketed and produced a lift table for small livestock such as mini horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, bovine, that allowed anyone regardless of health to safely maintain and care for their animals. Penn State University College of Agricultural Sciences published a article about the Mini Lift and The Department of Agriculture approved The Mini Lift as a "tool Box" item in their Agrability Program http://t.agrability.org/toolbox/?solution=939which helps disabled farmers with specialty equipment allowing them to care for their animals. I also designed a marketed and sold a telescoping one size fits all insert to be installed in any enclosed trailer which converted it to haul small livestock between dividers called The Mini Hauler Insert.
