I manage a team dedicated to maintaining SAP performance and availability. We are currently building out a Disaster Recovery site, upgrading our portal and migrating our backup solution as well as providing day to day care and feeding of the SAP system.I also manage the Enterprise Unix team, responsible for key server administration including our virtual Linux environment and the servers running our Electronic Medical Records system, as well as providing expertise for the architecture supporting our imaging infrastructure.In addition I am still managing several IT Infrastructure projects including the migration of our core data centers from a traditional network to an ACI network-based infrastructure.I again led the submission for the CHIME Most Wired Award. SSM Health won the award for hospitals and ambulatory again in 2020..

SSM Health is a leading Catholic Health provider with facilities in Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Oklahoma.Responsibilities and AchievementsManaged project to migration SAP environment to new hardware.Led effort for submission for Most Wired Hospitals recognition for the last five years (2014 - 2018).Managed the expansion of our two core data centers, expanding capacity by 50% and increasing availability of each.Managing the rollout of port-based network access control using 802.1X and Cisco ISE.Let our IT Standards team in reviewing the technology related to any new project to ensure there would be no implementation issues and that the proposed solutions met SSM's security requirements. This included everything from new network equipment to implementation of cloud-based solutions to large application installations. Personally led development of the processes and procedures for the team.Managing the projects that are replacing legacy PBX systems in some of our hospitals with Lync Enterprise Voice as well as the installation of Lync Enterprise Voice in two new hospitals.
