My primary role was Director and Practice Lead of database driven software systems for our Fortune 500 clients and our own product line. We focused on our clients within the financial services industry where I have deep expertise in a variety of areas (loan growth and cross selling, back office automation, call center automation, system integration, business intelligence). We provide consulting services in all of those areas, including creating custom software solutions to automate business processes, provide integration services, enterprise level database design including warehousing and robust analytic platforms. We recently provided a new marketing tracking and pricing system, business process analysis services, and currently are responsible for a development and support of a large scale web based payment and refund system.I recently played a lead role with our CEO in standing up our off shore company, DecisivEdge India. As the Managing Director of the company, we provide off shore services to our U.S. company, complimenting the on shore teams with software development and quality assurance.We also designed and built, from the ground up, a state of the art ERP solution for the marine and boat building/service industry.
