I have over 30 years of sales and use tax experience primarily focused in public accounting working for such firms as RSM, KPMG, EY and Ryan where I advised companies in just about every aspect of sales tax use tax. Throughout my career I assisted countless companies to become compliant in sales and use tax.Recently I made the jump to Avalara because of Avalara’s unsurpassed reputation in the tax compliance and automation space and my passion for technology and tax and educating others on how to automate their tax compliance processes. In this new role I am so excited that I get the opportunity to dedicate all of my time to this passion and help companies manage their consumers use tax function through Avalara’s Avatax for Accounts Payable and manage other compliance tasks and complete tax research using Avalara’s entire suite of tax compliance and automation tools.
