I manage a network of agency leaders across the region, with direct involvement in major clients and their campaigns in Asia, offering strategic counsel to CMOs of multinational and regional brands. Part of the global Ruder Finn family, RFI Asia is an award-winning marketing consultancy based in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, and Hong Kong, with over 100 staff in Asia alone. RFI Asia's services include strategic consulting, brand-building, crisis management, experience design, social and dark social strategy, immersive storytelling, web and app innovations, insights & analytics, and corporate training. Ruder Finn acquired my company Daylight Partnership in 2013 and integrated it as RFI Asia.

Hong Kong

Acquired by Ruder Finn in 2016, Daylight Partnership is a digital content agency founded with the mission to pioneer storytelling using the latest technologies. We bring exciting new technologies to life for global brands; for example, Daylight was instrumental in helping Fitbit set up its Asia marketing operations on its initial entry into North Asia. After founding we grew to 17 staff within two years, building a client portfolio with a healthy mix of local and global brands including Fiji Water, Fitbit, Fashion Walk (Hang Lung Properties), G.O.D., SOGO, Chinese Estates Holdings, and many more.

Hong Kong

I oversee Asia Pacific operations as well as a network of affiliates that spans major cities from Seoul to Kuala Lumpur. I am also responsible for expanding the agency's presence in the region through organic growth or new affiliations.

Hong Kong

Founded and operated this multi-million dollar public relations consultancy with offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea (partially owned affiliate), growing it from a staff of 3 to over 30 within four years. Revenue grew 20x over the same period and Shout was one of the fastest growing small agencies in Asia. Shout was subsequently acquired by Waggener Edstrom.

Singapore

Oversaw Redback's corporate marketing programs for the Asian region, covering countries extending from Japan and Korea in the North, to Australia and New Zealand in the South. Directed a dedicated team of events, PR and field marketing experts based throughout the region and generated substantial buzz for this NASDAQ-listed, Silicon Valley-based company.

Singapore

Managed Cisco's external image in Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Helped to drive such high-octane regional PR programs as NetAid and Networking Academies, and participated in many significant government relations activities involving various Asian heads of state and CEO John Chambers.

Greater China

I led the Technology practice for Greater China and was the relationship manager for major clients such as Microsoft.
