-I am a Wholesale Mortgage Lender specializing in FHA & Conforming mortgage files. Inside Sales Rep December 2008 – June 2009 (7 months) I supported the National Account Managers for the West Region. Covering over 160 solutions, ranging from; Application management, Database management and Windows management. Sales Rep February 2008 – December 2008 (11 months) I sold Defender, our two factor authentication tool in the West territory. As well as supported the Windows Management account managers for the same territory.

Take and process loan applications over the phone and on the internet, to up sell loan dollars, to sell numerous back-end loan products; including credit life & disability insurance, GAP insurance and warranties, cross-sell non-essential loan products; including visa credit cards, checking accounts and inter-departmental referrals.Previous positions were Member Service Representative II and Vault Teller.
