As a Client Services Manager, I serve my clients by fully utilizing their monthly service hours to advance their goals in the digital space. Through planning, strategy and regular status updates, my goal is to create a smooth process for issue resolution, website enhancements, and new ideas to be accomplished.

As an Business Analyst with The C2 Group (Web/App Development Agency), I play an important role in the development cycle. My role requires taking the design, information architecture, and user information, and developing a "blueprint" for the functional and interactive parts of a digital project. As the project progresses, I strive to protect the user experience for both the site visitor and the content manager. Once completed, I plan and preform a quality assurance test plan utilizing the original specifications. Finally, I am responsible for training the client to take full advantage of their new application.

DK Digital Studios has been the name of my business for several years. From January 2011 to January 2013, I attempted to take this business full time. What started out as building a few websites for some friends quickly expanded to a regular source of income for our family. I regularly developed websites (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL), managed linux servers via Amazon Web Services, consulted with clients in the areas of content strategy and digital marketing. After a couple of years, I found myself helping with photography and graphic design for their websites and content. I decided to expand the description of my business to include these items as well as video production. Since then, I have had the opportunity to produce videos, design several graphical elements (logos, flyers, business cards, signs, etc.), and take both portrait and event photos.
