• Oversee the solicitation and stewardship of foundation, government, and corporate donors including securing, preparing for,and proactively following up with cultivation meetings, proposals, and reports.• Created and actively maintain grant pipeline to meet deadlines• Write foundation, government, and corporate grant appeals securing over $350,000 during the 22-23 fiscal year for theFlorentine Opera• Serve as point person for all individual giving needs including pledge receivables, donor benefits, and recognition logistics,and steward individual donors through these key touch points• Plan annual individual campaign, and write biannual appeal letters to be sent out to 1,400 individual donors resulting in$164,000 in contributions for Fall 2023.• Manage Development Database through Ticketmaster’s Archtics CRM.
