This is done through conducting effective store visits/walk-throughs and facilitating region-level training workshops. In the role of Visual Merchandising Manager I am in charge of the direction of in-store presentation from conception to execution for A Pea in the Pod & A Pea in the Pod Collection stores within the organization. This position blends analytics with creative insights in order to maximize profit, all while maintaining the integrity of the brand.

In charge of the in-store execution standards for all home office directives throughout a designated territory. Had the responsibility of training and developing stylists in high volume locations in order to create an aspirational experience that exemplified the brand from a sensory perspective. My territory extended the following locations locations: King of Prussia Mall, Roosevelt Field Mall, Garden State Plaza Mall, Freehold Raceway Mall & Short Hills Mall.
