In addition to my leadership roles, I facilitate the acquisition, leasing, disposal, design and construction of property together with the creation, manufacture, intellectual property protection and installation of industry changing robotics, IT and mechanical handling equipment in the UK and internationally. The quality of my work, my commitment and ability to adapt to change have earnt me promotions and management responsibilities at one of the most transformational, disruptive and dynamic companies in the FTSE100. I excelled leading one of the largest parts of the Legal team and as the Président (Chairman and executive director) of Ocado's subsidiary in France.Before Ocado, I spent over eight years at one of the world’s leading law firms, Allen & Overy LLP, where I worked on banking, commercial, corporate, contentious, property and construction transactions. I am passionate about making a positive impact on our country.
