I led a diverse team charged with accelerating time to revenue using marketing technology, advanced analytics, AI, and Machine Learning combined with a personalized on-line experience to deliver insights and guidance to Sales, Business Units and channel partners. We also developed solutions based on existing products that are tailored to specific applications to enable customers to develop their products faster than ever. This combination of the digital experience and development platforms grew and converted Analog Devices' opportunity pipeline at record rates.

I led the digital transformation of Analog Devices' marketing organization. We established a team of brand managers to turn Business Unit goals and objectives into integrated marketing campaigns that drove customer engagement on all digital platforms, including Analog.com, social media, and on-line forums.With a focus on on-line user experience and advanced analytics, we established a way to link marketing activities to on-line engagement and, ultimately, to revenue. We developed tools that delivered insights and guidance to Sales to help them grow and convert their opportunity pipeline.I managed and developed an incredible team of marketers, analysts, writers and artists with responsibility for launching a new corporate brand, the Analog.com web site, go-to-market planning, integrated marketing programs, advertising, SEM, marketing communications, social media, automated marketing, creative marketing services, content strategy, and all other aspects of traditional and digital marketing on a global scale.

Responsible for change management initiatives reporting directly to the CEO. Results from these initiatives led to a corporate reorganization as well as improvements in go-to-market planning, operational effectiveness, internal start-up activities, and engineering engagement with customers.

Manage design engineering, marketing (strategic marketing, product marketing, and marketing communications), applications engineering, product engineering, and test engineering for industry-leading portfolio of iCoupler digital isolators and industrial interface products. Responsible for dissemination of iCoupler technology throughout Analog Devices to enable integration with other products including converters, amplifiers and transceivers.
