David is a strategic leader with 20 years of experience driving the development of digital marketing programs and digital product development. During his career, David has been a Creative Director at fortune 500 companies. As digital Creative Director at Group DCA, he was responsible for leading the pioneering company's user experience (UX). Later, as the Executive Director of UX and Product Development, he planned, launched and managed over 300 digital marketing programs for brands at the top 20 pharmaceutical, biotech and device manufacturing companies and helped successfully commercialize three new digital products for the company. In addition to having won dozens of awards for his innovative work at Group DCA, he played a leadership role that helped grow the company from a small interactive boutique to a major interactive agency which was subsequently acquired.David later founded Votetocracy, a place where citizens can vote on bills in Congress and measure the effectiveness of their Senators and Representatives. Votetocracy was the recipient of numerous awards including a 2014 Webby Award in the politics category. In 2012 David founded Goodlab, a digital marketing agency where he and his team develop search engine marketing programs, marketing automation, lead gen, inbound marketing, PPC and other digital marketing for large industry clients, as well as small businesses. Most recently David oversaw the launch of Home Care Boost. After more than a dozen successful marketing programs for home care agencies, Goodlab spins out a new business unit specifically designed to help grow Home Care Agencies through digital marketing channels. David holds a BFA in graphic design from the Art Institute of Boston. He is also a graduate of the Founders Institute, a global start-up incubator program.
