CEO of ShareSquared, a products and services firm focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, the Microsoft Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. As a very hands-on CEO, I am involved in ShareSquared’s strategic business and technology direction, products and solution accelerators envisioning and architecture, talent acquisition, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction, financial planning and operations. I also engage in consulting services related to the design and architecture of Enterprise Portals, Governance and Taxonomy, Content and Records Management, System Integration, the Microsoft Power Platform, the Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing.

Parents Play Too, which started as a Self-Expression and Leadership Project (see training section below), was born out of my own love of and commitment to fitness and the desire to share the possibility fitness and wellbeing with busy parents like me who often find it difficult to make time to exercise. Training sessions were led alongside children’s activities (e.g. club soccer, preschool) enabling parents to engage in fitness during these activities.

As the CTO and Lead Consultant, I was both the leader of the organization and a Senior consultant at CloverLink, which specialized in the design and implementation of client/server applications, transactional internet-based software, and intranet collaboration and knowledge management solutions. My daily work included problem definition/analysis, systems architecture and design, product/project management, and the development of commercial quality, mission critical business applications and system software.

DTS was a value-added network linking realtors and lenders with real estate settlement services including title, escrow, appraisal and other ancillary services. As the Chief Architect, I led all software development including database and object modeling, application design, product and project management, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, talent acquisition, and management of development and support teams, budgeting, etc.• Instrumental in raising over $10M in seed capital and securing signed contracts with the following companies: Microsoft, ALLTEL, Bank of America, and the four leading title insurers• Instrumental in the sale of DTS to Ocwen Financial resulting a 100%+ ROI for DTS investors

Director of R & D and Lead Software Architect / Developer for the team responsible for process improvement, platform upgrades and strategic planning and implementation of enterprise systems, and developing Countrywide's online lead generation and loan origination systems. Designed and co-developed sophisticated mortgage calculators, automated underwriting, loan processing systems and numerous application on Countrywide.com. All systems employed a SOA on the ASP & .NET platforms.
