Currently responsible for standing up a horizontal data ingestion service for Wells Fargo's big data platform. This is a new service that is responsible for moving data from SORs/SOOs into our Hadoop Raw and Sanitized zones using a variety of data ingestion tools. Responsibilities includes defining overall strategy, including; process build out, team structure (using Kanban), staffing, governance and SDLC requirements, as well as the overall communication plan. Responsible for setting strategic ingestion roadmap for tools and patterns including how to handle schema drift, manage streaming ingestions, and driving towards metadata driven development for our ingestion toolset.Team current consists of a dozen onshore resources and approximately 20 resources in India. We are supporting ingestion projects across 10 different Approved Provisioning Points supporting dozens of business initiatives across numerous lines of business within the firm. We have evolved from a quarterly to monthly release schedule over the past 12 months.Previously I was the tech delivery manager responsible for all new development for the mortgage originations ODS. This environment is responsible for providing an abstraction layer between our Mortgage Systems of Record (originations and servicing) and downstream systems that use the data for supplemental business processes. In this position I managed a geographically diverse staff of FTE and contractors spread across the United States and India (Bangalore/Hyderabad). Responsible for delivering multi-year, multi-million dollar projects coordinated across several business and technology units. Coordinated with Platform management/ Infrastructure teams to improve processes between development and infrastructure teams. Created KPI metrics used to drive improvement and efficiency in production code base. Worked closely with senior level business partners to understand and prioritize work efforts and define success criteria.

Main focus was to uncover, analyze and process data associated with Wells Fargo’s debit card portfolio. No structured management reporting/data repositories existed for this line of business. I spent a considerable amount of time working with all levels of management across several key departments to understand key business drivers. Ultimately responsible for the development and dissemination of critical management reporting suite for the 2nd largest debit portfolio in the United States.- Responsible for analyzing raw data for Debit card portfolio.- Drafted business requirements for portfolio reporting by meeting with business partners across several business units.- Provided adhoc data analysis to help answer business questions.

Responsible for the development and implementation of a multi-million dollar portfolio consisting of a variety of lending products that created new revenue streams for the organization while providing much needed services for our customers.. - Premium financing product that allowed customers to finance their annual Malpractice Insurance Premiums. - Equipment financing product that provided short and long term financing products for chiropractic medical equipment.- Worked with VISA to establish NCMIC as a Principal Member which allowed the organization to offer VVISA credit products to our customers.
