Responsible for setting strategic ingestion roadmap for tools and patterns including how to handle schema drift, manage streaming ingestions, and driving towards metadata driven development for our ingestion toolset.Team current consists of a dozen onshore resources and approximately 20 resources in India. We are supporting ingestion projects across 10 different Approved Provisioning Points supporting dozens of business initiatives across numerous lines of business within the firm. We have evolved from a quarterly to monthly release schedule over the past 12 months.Previously I was the tech delivery manager responsible for all new development for the mortgage originations ODS. This environment is responsible for providing an abstraction layer between our Mortgage Systems of Record (originations and servicing) and downstream systems that use the data for supplemental business processes. In this position I managed a geographically diverse staff of FTE and contractors spread across the United States and India (Bangalore/Hyderabad). Responsible for delivering multi-year, multi-million dollar projects coordinated across several business and technology units. Coordinated with Platform management/ Infrastructure teams to improve processes between development and infrastructure teams. Created KPI metrics used to drive improvement and efficiency in production code base.
