About David Labarca
David LaBarca, ACT-IAC Fellow, leads a cross-agency portfolio in VA/DHA at LMI. Formerly, he was the vice president for customer mission success at JJR Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Dayton, Ohio that was acquired by LMI on 3/18/2024. There he serves as the VA/Defense Health Agency (DHA) liaison to the ACT-IAC Health Community of Interest. In 2022, he was selected for ACT-IAC’s Voyagers program, which puts rising Government and industry high-achievers into an eight-month collaborative partnership to enhance their leadership and communication skills.LaBarca is a graduate of Drexel University, having earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in biomedical engineering there.
