I also developed standardized metrics to track growth and worked collaboratively with hospital CEOs and The Vice President of Growth and Strategy.In 2014 I successfully onboarded an Orthopedic Surgeon for the Oconto County market leading to a 25% increase (over previous 2 years) in combined IP and OP orthopedic surgical volumes. We sustained that growth at an average of 204 cases per year.
