Previously worked for Milagro Exploration with responsibility for management, production & operations from East Texas to Mississippi plus a 28-man Lafayette region office; was Region Manager for Operations & Engineering. All of Milagro's assets were subsequently sold to White Oak Operating. Prior to Milagro, was Sr Operations Advisor for Silverbow Resources (formerly Swift Energy Corp) South Louisiana fields. Previously Engineering Director for the Michael Baker Corporation with their CBM operations in the Powder River Basin. Was based for several years in Kuala Lumpur & Jakarta with Halliburton Integrated Solution as an Asset Manager, in the development and screening of several equity based, project management opportunities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Worked deep water Gulf of Mexico for three years with Elf Aquitaine prior to the French government selling its stake in the company. Previously with Marathon Oil Corporation for 10 years in a variety of technical and supervisory international positions while based in Indonesia & Egypt. Started career at Amoco Production Company working South Texas production engineering positions. Graduated Texas A&M University – Kingsville, with a B.S.in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Management.
