Management of construction based projects and procurement of products in the oil and gas industry

The position requires board and company management. Dragon is in the arena of buildng and operating oil and gas offshore assets, namely seismic vessels. The project includes capital raising, construction of the management team, technical excellence in the ship building process and a good knowledge of the requirements to operate an offshore comapany.

Structuring the asset and operational contract holdings under separate subsidiaries provides maximum flexibility with regards to exit strategies for each business unit.
