I lead business growth through innovation and international expansion. My skills and experience are best suited for scaling and leading high-potential global businesses solving the most urgent and important environmental problems. My leadership style provides a confident and steady hand through every stage of the business life cycle: innovation, start-up, funding, foundation building, international growth & expansion, optimising, turnaround, restructuring and exitI am currently co-founder and CEO, International of Alarivean, a company harnessing nano-regenerative technology to address nature and climate change; Chair of the board and investment committee of Dana Asia, a sustainability-centric social impact investment fund; and previously, an independent non-executive director of Edge Environment, a pioneer and leader in environmental consulting services; the founder and CEO of the Allen & Buckeridge Emerging Technologies Fund, a trailblazing venture capital investor in clean-technology arising from public sector research in Australia. My career spans the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. Across all, I have consistently demonstrated high impact and aspirational leadership, guiding organisations to realise their potential through innovation, expansion or optimisation strategies. I have lived globally across all major regional geographies and proven myself to be resilient, resourceful and adept at navigating diverse linguistic, social, cultural, developmental, corporate and regulatory environments, most notably Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The innovation process and understanding deep technologies and their practical application has been at the core of all that I do. I have a track record of successfully assessing the commercialisation potential, market opportunity and risk associated with emerging environmental technologies including solar, battery storage, water and greenhouse gas mitigation. A disruptive business can only thrive if its leader has an audacious and opportunistic spirit but is equally committed to building a sound financial foundation and prioritising fiduciary responsibility and governance. This balance is an intrinsic part of what I bring to an organisation.

The Company was co-founded by Michael Corridan and David Landers in July 2021, and formed as a Delaware corporation in February 2022, to work closely with the U.S. Government’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in commercializing the well-tested and proven science of Nanobubble Oxidation Technology (NBOT), and scale it to address some of the world’s most critical aquatic ecosystem crises. With NBOT at the core, Alarivean is implementing a total system solution for an Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) at ocean-scale. All system modules are configured onboard a novel class vessel-mounted delivery platform that is responsive and enables in-situ coastal and open ocean interventions. The Company is deploying its technology via Alarivean-developed programs with a scope measuring up to and beyond mesoscale dimensions e.g., ocean or coastal surface area measuring circa 1,000 nautical mi².
