As a Creative Services Manager I sell, manage and produce creative services including marketing and adoption materials for our clients, as well as support our internal marketing, consulting, tech services and product development teams. I develop materials for our cloud-based software that is viewed on desktop web browsers and mobile devices. I have developed a series of turnkey sales materials, production management tools, scalable department infrastructure, and multiple creative service packages. I work with our account managers, regional directors, project managers, customer success and sales teams to provide our clients with service quotes, production schedules, creative consultation, adoption best practices, proof of concepts, web development, print & digital graphics, 3D production, a/v production, motion graphics and animation. I have configured, developed and built an in house audio and video production studio used for both client and internal productions. This studio included the acquisition, of studio hardware and software as well as the complete hands on build of the production studio layout, and configuration. My role as creative director and project manager at Panoptic Studios included managing and building production teams that included motion graphics, video, 3D animation and web developers. I worked closely with each department’s director of development and artists on every production. I managed productions as a consultant and service provider to determine manpower, creative direction, proposal reviews, information technology, growth plans, and business development. I personally managed 70 – 100 projects in various stages of development. I was the primary project manager for the bulk of production work that was contracted through the studio. I lead and coordinated multiple conference calls, established production cycles, client and team asset requirements, hardware and software allocation, as well as establish the appropriate team members for each production. I was a liaison between the client, sales team and production staff, to ensure project scope, time, budget and positive relationships were maintained throughout the duration of the entire production cycle.I assisted in developing client messaging, visual and interactive treatments for multiple productions. This included both the creation, management and review of scripts, user interface designs, print advertisements, motion graphic designs, 2D animation, 3D models, 3D animation, compositing, character designs, storyboards, animatics, directing both video and audio recording sessions, casting, audio and video editing, dvd authoring, video encoding, html, css, flash web coding implementation review and collaborative database architecture design. As the Studio Director I was part of a management team for the parent company High Voltage Software. I worked with executive management to determine strategic objectives, cross-functional production requirements, and corporate event and marketing planning. I worked closely with our finance and legal team to review budgets, and legal requirements for contracts and assets.
