Automating Serverless and Kubernetes based deployments using Terraform, GitHub for CI needs, managing multiple prod, pre-prod, and dev environments while integrating with our pipeline. Synamedia was formed out of Cisco's Service Provider Video business. This role is an evolution of my previous role at Cisco. In this role, I focus on migrating our largest customers to EKS on AWS, while improving scalability and providing major cost and resiliency benefits.

In this role, I play a leading role in bringing Cisco’s first aaS Cloud based Video offering to the market and delivering it to our customer base. Adopting Agile and CI/CD software delivery practices and the productization of our offering. What started out as on prem OpenStack Clouds, quickly became large scale multi region deployments on AWS for our.

I specialize in Cloud solutions, VOD, OTT, Cloud DVR, Conditional Access and DRM, as well as a broad understanding of DVB and MPEG protocols for Cable and Satellite TV broadcasters. Leading large multi-disciplinary projects from early stages of POC, to full scale.
