Supervises Information System & Records Management Staff. Provides guidance and oversight to other PAIS site locations. Liaison to the Chemical Materials Agency (CMA) Chief Information Officer (CIO). IT Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing maintenance for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners and all other Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE). Providing deliverables such as the annual basis of estimate pertaining to ADPE procurement including software and consumables required to maintain the integrity of the network; network documentation development and updates as required; ensure compliance with all applicable DoD regulations and requirements; lead and participate in LAN planning, security analysis, design, development, evaluation, and installation activities.

• Designed, and maintained a secure network and phone system for 700+ user site. Maintained site servers to include exchange, main, engineering, project controls, and information services. Maintained security for all systems. Designed system integrations with four other networks. Configurations consisted of a frame relays, firewalls, and CISCO switches to provide internet and e-mail connectivity to corporate. Three other local area networks were connected locally via routers, switches, and firewalls. Maintained login scripts, Active directory structures, users rights and accounts. Installed new workstations, and software.

• Designed, built, and maintained secure computer network systems, from the overall design of machines used, to the general security, upkeep, and troubleshooting of the systems. Troubleshot hardware and software malfunctions onsite and determined corrective actions needed to return the systems to operational status. Maintained computer and network systems for all of Southern Arkansas. Used a wide array of software and hardware for networking application and troubleshooting purposes. Some of the operating environments included, but were not limited to, Novell <3.X 4.X, 5.X>, Windows NT, Windows 95 & 98, Windows for Workgroups, DOS, Dial-up Networking, TCP/IP Internet Protocol, Client architecture, Peer to Peer, and various other software applications. Coordinated other team members as to the priority and complexity of the required job and schedule out service calls. Responsible for the repair of laser/ink-jet printers, and other equipment. Some component level repair .

• Repaired and maintained computer operating systems of the F-15 Eagle fighter aircraft (C, D, and E models). Troubleshot computer malfunctions by running diagnostic systems and tracing system schematics to isolate malfunctions in software and hardware. Replaced LRU’s and cabling systems to return aircraft to a mission capable status. Inspected aircraft regularly to ensure all systems were functioning. Maintained accurate records of all maintenance done both on paper and in electronic format. Often checked others work to ensure the maintenance was correctly completed. Debriefed pilots daily to find in-flight system malfunctions and determine the possible cause. Launched and recovered aircraft on a daily basis, ensuring the safety of the ground and aircrews. Upgraded aircraft systems to mission specifications and modified the configuration of the targeting systems.
