Hired to help revitalize two historical craft beer brands. Creating and implementing annual communication strategy to heal the brand perception and product quality. Successfully the brand has now grown focused beer brands by to 5% - 20%. I have optimized working marketing dollars, created unique brand stories, managed advertising and PR agencies, managing six and seven figure marketing budgets, and created a robust influencer program managing over 150 West Coast social media influencers. - Managed go-to-market process for new Portland products, working with production vendors, operations, and brewery team to create profitable liquids to drive future growth.- Created the brand's first robust advertising and content generation programs, identifying the brand’s first AOR, building an influencer marketing program of 150 individuals/celebs.

As well as designed, planned and managed all event coordination for both craft brands. In this role, I revised previous brand strategies to be more effective in its working dollar spend. I accomplished implementing a fully revamped annual marketing strategy utilizing a 360 approach aligning: sales, trade marketing, wholesalers, and key partners to focus on our brands during specific months, driving growth and creating a perception of a "larger" brand.-Management of all promotional activities across on and off premise channels, integrating elements of the marketing mix into all brand programs.-Management of all agency partners (two PR, one advertising agency), creating project briefs by communicating business objectives and goals for product and program launches, while synchronizing efforts to overall brand strategies. -Management of brand budgets for Portland Brewing and Pyramid Brewing, including expense processing, project tracking and forecasting.-Management of the POS process, creating seasonal and annual plans to assist sales team objectives and product launches.-Management of Brand Social and digital media platforms, activating influencer partners, photoshoot management, day-to-day posting, algorithm updates, and brand standards.-Provide support in enhancing future innovation through new package design and brand opportunities.-Support in delivering effective and creative solutions (traditional and non-traditional) to communicate brand positioning to consumers; to include all POS, digital media, and interactive touch-points.-Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with brand strategy and track brand performance through key indicators.-Support the Brand team by analyzing sales/industry data on brand performance and trends.

During my time at BSD, I was responsible for all marketing and sales initiatives, while also being the face of company. My main goal was to update BSD's 90's branding to a style that connected heavily with the millennial free-ride skier and snowboarder. Through extensive primary research we did a full rebrand of the company. The primary audience for this rebrand was focused on a niche audience that helped drive sales in the PNW and NE region of the US.(About BSD, skip for responsibilities)Boardside Down (BSD) is a ski and snowboard wax company located outside of Portland, Oregon. BSD's products are created for one purpose, and that is to make waxing quick and easy with great quality wax. Not only is BSD's wax All Temp, but it also applicable by rub-on or hot waxing. I was a part of a team of students who focused on outreach to alumni and past supporters of Portland State University. The Telefund program raises about $250,000 annually. Those funds are then directed to scholarships, project development, and research initiatives. Responsibilities:-Increase annual support of university initiatives such as scholarships, program development, and research. -Invite alumni to come attend current events on campus.-Discuss with supporters on how they can help improve the PSU experience for current and future students. -Worked to collect updated contact information to ensure the university can stay connected in the most efficient and sustainable ways.

Created awareness for the final tour stop of the largest ski and snowboard rail jam in the U.S. by Establishing relationships with local influencers, clubs, and groups. I was chosen for the job to prepare Portland for the final U.S. tour stop. The rail jam was held in Portland's Pioneer Square, located in the heart of Downtown Portland. I was lucky enough to work with them for one full season and gained a lot of experience in guerrilla marketing techniques and Public relation skills.
