Led IT for largest speciality chemical manufacture of lubricant and gasoline additives in the US. Developed budget and managed project portfolio for all aspects of IT from telecommunications to application development. Lead 15 member team of employees and contractors. Advocated and deployed of integrated manufacturing execution system. System integrated batch and blending control systems, loading control systems, railcar switch and management system, lab information management system, manufacturing accounting, inventory, tank monitoring, and order fulfillment systems. This new information was used to reduce cycle time in component manufacturing essentially improving component capacity by 30%.
