I am the Group Executive Vice President for Shell's global Mobility & Convenience business, responsible for managing the world’s largest mobility and convenience retailer with a global footprint across 80 markets with a network of 47,000 retail fuel and convenience sites, serving 33 million customers every day. The scope of operations includes a global electric charging network and bio-LNG production alongside traditional fuel sales and convenience retail operated through a range of direct and franchise operations.I joined Shell in 1997 and since then I have worked to build winning teams, optimise businesses, and help drive Shell’s decarbonisation agenda. Prior to my current role, I was Chairman of Shell UK where I represented Shell and our activities in the UK with external stakeholders, government and energy industry forums. I went to Loughborough University and then did an MBA at London Business School. I subsequently studied at Keio Tokyo university, Harvard, Insead and Berkeley Haas. I currently serve as a NED for Active Travel England and am an active London Business School alumnus.My spare time is filled biking, hiking, travelling and exploring with my family.
