● Defined the project scope, developed the project execution plan and led the design team through concept selection to the completion of front-end engineering for a new intra-plant piping corridor at Escravos Terminal, Nigeria.● Implemented a consistent WBS/CBS structure that tied scope elements, cost estimate categories, schedule tasks and accounting codes together to provide effective progress and cost tracking through the execution phase.● Saved approximately $1.1 million through the use of surplus pipe for structural members.● Evaluated and selected FRP piping saving approximately $200,000 in capital costs and reduced life cycle costs.● Facilitated the use of subject matter experts to verify a more efficient piled foundation design reducing both piling cost and schedule by 33%.● Developed the FEED engineering design basis and project execution plan for the AJE project, offshore Nigeria.
