· Structural design and drafting of residential projects including, steel beam designs, timber framing designs and concrete member designs.· Civil storm water design and knowledge of council standards and requirements.· Ability to communicate, co-ordinate and liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects.· Conducting site inspections to verify that works are done in accordance to engineering designs and standards

- Condition assessment inspection and reports for various council assets- Identifying asset defects and organizing corrective maintenance - Assisting in organization of maintenance works and yearly tender- Assembling and compiling data for ease of interpretation- Communication and consultation with internal departments- Usage of AutoCAD to map out corrective maintenance of roads
