20 years concentrating on the technical aspects of mining covering the value chain from exploration through to shipping of product, followed by 25 years of optimising businesses.The first part of my working life was grounded in an engineering degree. The second half was extensive experience of Tier 1 Management Consultants and specialty six sigma consultants in design, implementation and delivery of business improvements. This then transitioned into strategic and business planning with governance of operating discipline, that ensured targets and outcome were met.Experience:1.
