I had day to day operational responsibility of up to 14 projects per day in the deployment and training of new EPOS and IT Systems across the whole MAB estate of 17 brands (circa 1,800 pubs).The role was primarily to coach, manage and lead a team of 25 who delivered frontline training to managers & their teams, while also managing the installs on site, which meant delivery to 40,000 employees. I also liaised directly with the Brand Directors and various departments in MAB’s Head Office to ensure operational delivery of not only the kit & training, but also the change management process for their respective teams.
