I am an experienced multi-site manager with vast experience in hospitality operations and a proven track record of delivering sales and EBITDA growth, as well as building, developing and retaining strong teams to deliver great guest experience, key company targets and standards. Alongside this, I have piloted and led many projects / new systems in companies.I am known for having a high level of integrity and being very disciplined, organised and driven, alongside a strong background in high quality food & beverage and operating hotels rooms to a high standard. I have also led a number of new openings & refurbishments in various companies. I have been married for over 15 years and have 2 children who have many sporting interests which keeps me busy! I love to cook and entertain when not at work and enjoy playing squash to keep me active.
