The scope included migrating the mobile and web platforms, and the API layer including internal and external digital partners. Led a team of over 50 through a successful, on-time, on-budget migration with no unplanned impact to customers or stakeholders. 55TB of data, 44 databases, 20 billion customer records. Utilizing Kanban boards through Jira enabled us to visualize the work, limit work-in-progress, and maximize efficiency.• Designed, implemented and ran a WSJF project prioritization model for Prepaid domain at a national telecommunications provider, resulting in stakeholder engagement in the initiation phase and initiating projects based on an objective, economic model.
