Current• Maintenance of all computer and computer related equipment for both the broadcast operation and the business operation• Design, implementation, and administration of LAN/WAN networks• Monitor and maintain proper and effective backups, security and virus protection for network• Assure compliance with all regulatory issues, including maintaining proper license counts for all software on all computers• Alert management to any regulatory or licensing problems• Provide support for all software approved by management for use in the facilities• Make recommendations toward standards of software• Roll out software as changes occur• Assist in developing and setting policies related to all aspects of IT• Develop, maintain, and execute training programs for IT users• Stay abreast of current and emerging technology and equipment and make recommendations, as appropriate, for upgrades, retrofits, and changes• To be on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies related to the operation• Maintenance of the Audiovault digital audio storage system• Assist in developing and maintaining IT department operating and capital budgets• Interface with department heads to assess needs and solve problems• Manage IT department staff• Assist within the engineering department with non-IT activities and participate in miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor
