My Gypsy existence has led me from teaching combative measures in the 1st Air Commando Squadron, through a long career in Industrial Engineering both in manufacturing industries and as a consultant, to semiretirement managing senior housing for a church-based nonprofit. As a consultant, I specialized in adding management skills to small, entrepreneurial companies that knew their product or service extremely well, but had never met a business plan.Along the way, I was an elected public servant, worked in a charter middle school for at-risk children, was president of the owners’ association for a large resort in Minnesota, and served as Pastor for the occasional church.My current goal is peaceful retirement with a great-grandchild on each knee—and a little fly-fishing.I trust I will continue writing and photography until my last day.Specialties: • Section 202 housing management.• Management and supervision training.• Government relations.• Web site development.• Writing (Sci-Fi).• Photography.• Fly fishing.
