My practice sits at the center of the changing landscape of video programming distribution, covering a wide variety of platforms (including OTT/streaming, broadcast, cable, and mobile) and business models (including linear, video-on-demand, and direct-to-consumer).I have experience in drafting various commercial agreements, including cutting-edge deals for television and video program licensing, cable network affiliation, retransmission consent, and Internet and other new media distribution, national and regional sports telecast rights, and advertising and marketing services. I also assist clients with critical most favored nations analyses, media-related aspects of significant corporate transactions, and other general media-related advisory work.On a personal note, I enjoy visiting family in France and the Philippines, reading books with my two children, and playing rec league soccer on Sunday evenings.
