Commercial Real Estate professional on both the landlord, tenant, and broker side. I am lucky enough now to be back on the tenant side with Qdoba Mexican Eats. I have worked for several tenants on the corporate side as Director of Real Estate including Disney, Waldenbooks/Borders, Crown Books/Trak Auto, and Charlotte Russe. My territory has included 44 states and four Canadian provinces.I have been responsible for leasing 12 regional enclosed and open air malls in the five states of Utah, Washington, Oregon, California, and Hawaii. Recent projects include leasing assignments at Paseo Nuevo Mall in Santa Barbara, CA; Eastridge Mall in San Jose, CA: Queen Ka'ahumanu Mall in Kahului, Maui, HI; The Shops at South Town, Sandy, UT; and the revitalization of Puente Hills Mall.
