I have over 35 years’ experience in the coal mining industry working in a number of technical roles in both open cut and underground applications. Working in a variety of operational and consulting roles has provided me with experience in a wide variety of deposits and mining methods in NSW, QLD, Indonesia and USA. I have vast experience and specialty skills in building and managing high performing consulting teams. This experience has included managing and mentoring planning teams both on site and in consultancy.I deliver value to clients through my leadership and I have demonstrated ability to significantly increase the value of client projects. My long standing and extensive experience has led me to be highly involved in the acquisition of various mine sites. I have been involved in multiple projects that have led to awardable recognition. I am a participant in the WIMnet mentoring program. I have a strong client focus and excellent client interaction skills.
