He is currently the general manager in ALWA Sustainable Engineering, developing projects of Environmental Management and Environmental Impact Climate Change.He has been responsible coordinator of the National Greenhouse Gases Inventories (NGI) for the years 2012, 2005; and updates of 2010 and 2000.He also is a senior specialist in calculating GEI emissions for Energy, Industrial Processes and Product Use, and Waste sectors.He has experience in developing carbon footprints and water footprints of the companies, services and products. He knows the methodologies for developing environmental footprint and ecological footprint. He develops supporting documentation, applying calculation methods and protocols, by using tools from UNFCCC and also from the different protocols and standards. He has participated in the development of guidance for Programmatic CDM projects under Guidelines for Programmatic CDM projects¨ "A Primer on CDM Programme of Activities", available at: http://cd4cdm.org/Publications/PrimerCMDPoA.pdf)He has developed consulting for UNDP on climate change: "Protocol (guide) for the Evaluation of contributions to sustainable development projects that want access to carbon finance" and "Application Protocol (guide) for the assessment of contributions sustainable development projects that want access to carbon finance in Piura and Tumbes" Also he handles expertise in environment (air quality, GHG and criteria pollutant emissions, IPCC Guidelines and methodologies of UNFCCC, GHG Protocol, CORINAIR), also he has experience in the development of EIAs and Peruvian environmental regulations.
