I supported the CSC in assessing the impact of their policies in other government agencies, specifically in monitoring with sound statistical procedures the impact of the also recently approved Civil Service Performance Assessment Framework and also proposed strategic recommendations for its improvement.I have also promoted the inceptual discussions for the establishment of an independent government auditing capacity agency. These discussions involved multi-donor co-ordination and management of the relationship between the national executive, judiciary and legislative.
