• Responsible for leading the day to day operational activities at CFAM Financial including overseeing compliance with various state and federal legislation (CFPB, FDCPA, etc...) for multiple portfolio companies. CFAM.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with CFPB and other regulatory requirements.

• Managed approximately twenty staff across various functional units within the firm.

• Worked with EVP of Business Development, the SVP of Marketing and the SVP of Credit Underwriting to help form and execute various business development strategies.
• Host and key liaison for external auditors, rating agencies and master servicer for Asset Backed Securitizations (ABS) leading to reduced securitization fees and more favorable structures.
• Member of the Executive Operations Committee and the Change Advisory Board, which regulated all Information Technology changes company wide.
• Reduced cost to fund by 21% from an average of $61.29 per loan to $47.97 per loan using a combination of system enhancements and increased role specialization.
• Achieved a 48% reduction in key vendor costs by negotiating a new contract and transitioning work from Mexico to India.
