DPS delivers Full Service Engineering with a ‘client first’ mentality and personal touch across a range of disciplines: Project and Program Management, Procurement, Design, Construction Management, Health & Safety Management, Commissioning, Qualification and Start-up.• Support all US Operations business units by recruiting exceptional people who enhance the business, strategic, and cultural objectives of DPS. • Provide high quality client service and full life cycle recruiting including the presentation of candidates, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in the process. Consult with management to identify hiring requirements and workforce planning strategies. • Write complete and detailed job descriptions. • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with management, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create partnerships that yield successful results and credibility. Leverage online recruiting resources and ATS. • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies. Use behavioral-based interviewing methodologies. • Prepare candidates for interview process by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, and the job description. • Organize, lead, and document post-interview debriefs with interview teams and candidates. • Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers. • Extend employment offers to candidates in consultation with hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy. • Conduct follow up calls and quality improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires. • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities. • Stay informed of recruiting trends and techniques to enhance marketplace position and advance the DPS brand.
