Head of Group Risk Management and Insurance, responsible for development of a group wide enterprise risk management methodology, supporting its implementation and providing cost effective global insurance programmes and related services for the Tetra Laval Group.

Designed and implemented the Borough's Risk Management Strategy and Business Continuity Programme (winner of Corporate Insurance & Risk "Best Business Continuity Strategy").Responsible for the Borough's debt management programme, banking contracts, tax and VAT strategies, member of Management Team, Chair of Risk Management Group, Chair of Best Value Fundamental Service Review, Member of Contract Management Group.Directly recruited, developed, motivated and managed all staff, responsible for all budgets and development of Exchequer Services, responsible for unit's attainment of Investors In People [IIP] accreditation, ISO9000, corporate Performance Management and Quality procedures.
