I am a serial spiritual entrepreneur who combines technical knowledge and systems thinking with a passion for coaching and mentoring people. Throughout my career I've started three separate faith-based non-profit organizations directly, started and led two church-planting networks that led to three additional church starts, and indirectly supported more than 1500 church starts in 23 countries and 46 US States through my work at Stadia Church Planting. More recently I co-founded Eagles Rest and Journey Appalachia, both aimed at helping leaders live and lead from overflow, not overwhelm.On the tech side, I am 6X Certified Salesforce Professional and Trailhead Double Ranger with 12+ years of in-platform experience as an Admin, App Builder, and Business Analyst in multiple non-profit organizations. My favorite question at Stadia was this: "If God were to bless us with 10x, what would break?" That ongoing question led to designing and optimizing systems and processes that allowed scaling to 10x *before* those systems broke. I applied that internally, transitioning a reactive tech support model into a focus on equipping front-line workers for self-service, reducing our support tickets by 70% while our company's staff grew by 65%. The number of annual new church starts went from 40 to more than 400, supported by the scalable systems and platforms my team developed by asking the 10x question.That was all possible through a strong focus on coaching and mentoring. It's not enough for me to be an expert -- I want to equip others. At Stadia, I built a system of one-on-one and small group mentoring that operates cross-functionally among different teams. I also led a team of Salesforce volunteers -- mostly BIPOC women seeking to re-enter the workforce after a parenting break -- and seven have since graduated to full-time STEM employment. I've spent decades in both local church and parachurch ministry teaching, mentoring, and coaching leaders to live and lead from overflow instead of overwhelm.I love helping people experience the "Double Win" -- to win at work and succeed in life.
