I acted for some of Scotland's most active business angels and venture capital funds, many of whom invest as part of matched funding rounds with Scottish Enterprise and other sources of public funding, with investments ranging from defence communications systems to mass consumer products.I was often involved in the financing for large projects in the private and public sectors and have acted for both borrowers and lenders. In addition I advised in public sector tenders and related funding issues and dealt with transactions involving partnerships between the public and private sectors. My experience was gained in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
