I’m an operations and logistics director and strategist with a versatile skill set and experience in the pharmaceutical, luxury fashion, and entertainment industries. I’m an expert in operations and logistics management and my leadership and improvisational skills have been tested in the most challenging logistical environments. When the finished product is delivery of life sustaining medication, good customer service can be a matter of life and death. While pursuing a degree in economics I worked as a dispatcher at a regional pharmaceutical provider serving hundreds of county, state, private, and charitable institutions. I climbed the ranks and after graduating earned the title of Director of Logistics. With knowledge of business, metrics, and analysis combined with first hand management, and operations experience, I designed and implemented production scheduling strategies, cut costs, formed relationships with 3PL's and software providers, built a strong team of over 30 drivers, and helped to structure the way the company is operated. In 2015 I brought my skills and experience to the luxury fashion industry where I had the opportunity to work on a worldwide scale with top distribution operations software and systems. I worked closely with management, shipping, IT, and many other departments within the business to plan the daily sequence of production for a million square foot distribution facility.I’m always seeking to explore different avenues and industries. I have the ability to manage projects of varying disciplines intuitively. My B.A. in economics and operational experience have provided me with skills that can be applied to any organization and I’ve had the opportunity to excel in a wide range of positions. I’ve worked as a music sync licensing agent, a residential construction supervisor, a union screen actor, and a musician. I’m open-minded and happy to hear from anyone who feels I’d be a good candidate for positions in any industry.
